About Us
Arghavan Engineering Group started its activity in 1986 and proudly has more than 15 construction projects of various dimensions and sizes in its activity record. The first steps were taken in Tehran, in Velenjak and Zafaranieh neighborhoods, and then the Farmanieh Arghavan project was completed in Kamraniyeh, Tehran using the best technology and materials, a policy we have adopted to this day. Arghavan Engineering Group was founded and launched by the respected Sayedani family, namely Seyed Ahmad Seyedani, Seyed Amir Ali Sayedani, Seyed Ashkan Sayedani, and Seyed Ehsan Sayedani. This group has always tried to be innovative in construction and use quality and up-to-date materials, avoiding repetitive pattern or imitation from domestic builders and colleagues in the projects of this group. Over the years of construction experience, many new issues have come forward that have added to the experiences of this group, including deep excavation with various methods of using guard structures without damaging the neighbors. In some cases where there was severe water leakage, complete drainage and insulated concrete walls were used to prevent moisture in the basement after the completion of the construction. Additionally, the construction of concrete structures with various methods, including rebar coupling system, rebar planting, connection to steel structures, and so on, the construction of combined steel and concrete structures (welding with shear walls) and composite roofs, the application of classical, neoclassical, and modern architecture, the use of various types of materials, and many other issues that have been experienced in these years have caused the group to be influential in terms of construction quality while trying to share its experiences with others. Another important issue for Arghavan Engineering Group is the selection of location and land area in its projects, which is done carefully to make it possible for residents, as well as guests, to move around comfortably when entering and exiting the lobby and parking lot after the completion of the project.
When designing the interior spaces of the apartments, great attention is paid to the initial design to avoid wasting any space. For lighting in accordance with engineering principles, the windows are installed as large as possible and facing outwards. They are divided and their size is calculated according to the surface area of each apartment. In this regard, the proportion to the relevant area as well as the proportion to the available space, including the kitchen, terrace, bedroom, resting room, living room, reception hall, and interior entrance corridor (entrance hall), are considered in the interior architecture design.
Stone is used in the interior of the apartments and common areas with special care while enjoying the experience of experts who spend enough time, use beautiful stones, and separate their colors and veins in several stages to make them more uniform and consistent and preserve their original nature by stone engineering methods.
The electrical and power supply section of each project is also managed by the design based on the advice of an experienced consultant. Standard and ISO-certified pipes, wires, and cables and the best material available on the market are used. High and low-voltage cables and electrical panels are used for each unit based on the humidity standards for each space and consumer’s needs. As much as possible, they are designed more resistant than what is required. In the design and implementation of the power supply system for common areas and facilities, efforts are made to optimally control electricity consumption and reduce public costs by spending more money and using smart and powerful panels.
Observing the energy consumption pattern is one of the important points considered by Arghavan Engineering Group when designing and constructing the buildings, which is done following Articles 18 and 19 of the National Building Regulations. For this purpose, heat and cold-resistant and soundproofing materials are used in the facade and the walls shared with adjacent units.
In the design of projects, the construction of the guard structures (concrete, steel, and the combination of steel and concrete), and the design of the interior architecture, façade, and common areas, the experiences of first-class Iranian and international consulting engineers are used. The design and supervision of the structures and the electrical and water supply facilities are also done by experienced engineers.
